We had a partial ocean view on the 13th floor and it was beautiful. The walk to the beach is across the street which was great. However the hotel itself is very old which is fine because it was clean and looked like was painted not long ago. The issue I have is the shower head is low and my son who’s 6’1” had to vent his knees to wash his head. Also, the elevators have a mind of their own and do not always work. Otherwise, it’s a perfect location to everything.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
