"It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor bath was amazing and not too too hot so you could enjoy it and relax. The staff were helpful and the rooms made up every day. "I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "Hotel is near Beppu train station, is clean and has plenty of toiletries at the hotel lobby, so you don’t have to bring your own toiletries if you’re not fussy. Breakfast is included and the spread is decent. Onsen is the best feature of this hotel; my husband and son went every night. Highly recommend this hotel. 👍"
