We booked the room with hot spring tub, and it was spacious and beautiful view. We had a upgraded dinner and the meal was delicious! They picked us up from JR Kurume station, and their hospitality was amazing. They welcome us at the entrance and every time they see us. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were beautiful and delicious. Onsen was cozie and wonderful. Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐ What initially appeared to be an immersive cultural retreat was regrettably overshadowed by a series of incidents that not only deviated from the anticipated experience but also raised concerns regarding the establishment's commitment to guest well-being. 2. Hospitality: ⭐ The pinnacle of this misadventure was an unexpected guest in the form of a deceased fly within our dining fare. More disconcerting than the incident itself was the inadequacy of the response—an additional serving of meat hardly serves as recompense for a lapse in hygiene. This incident warrants a closer examination of Seikoen's adherence to health and safety standards. 3.Privacy Concerns: ⭐ A breach of privacy occurred when staff entered our room without consent, highlighting the need to reevaluate its protocols regarding guest accommodations. In conclusion, the incidents outlined above warrant consideration, particularly in relation to hygiene, guest privacy, and the overall duty of care owed to patrons.
