This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are professional and courteous, yet warm and friendly, always doing their best to ensure you feel completely at home. I will definitely be staying at the Aoyama Grand again on my next trip.

The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was a great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was clean and the access to a washer/dryer was a huge help! We would load and start the wash before we left for the day and come back to clean, fresh laundry! If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

Amazing, beautiful, well located, comfortable and luxury rooms, very helpful staff and an amazing way to immerse on the Japanese culture. We stayed at another VERY luxurious and way more expensive hotel in Tokyo and Hoshinoya was much better in every aspect. I highly recommend!

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!
