Milford Vacation Packages

When I read those very negative reviews about indifferent staff and seriously dirty linens I began to wonder what I'd gotten myself into. Luckily, none of that was true. Our room was spacious, bright and clean. I always appreciate a small fridge and microwave. While the breakfast had no meat (beyond gravy) or fresh cut fruit, I didn't expect that for the price. Very good value for the price and free parking in a larger city is worth a great deal. Mattress was also very nice as were the luxury bath towels. Staff were pleasant, competent and helpful.

Great location and the cigar and bourbon room is beautiful. The only issue we had was the communication from the property manager was the print was so small it was difficult to read and the check out procedures in hotels.com were different than the procedures in the onsite manual (e.g. what/where to do with bedding and towels) - hopefully we did the right thing! 😊

Hotel staff didn't care that construction workers were tracking mud on elevator carpet and leaving in sight big garbage bags full of junk. The desk staff was short and defended poor television remote control saying it wasn't hotels fault. Staff needs customer service and relationship training. I will not return or refer
