« The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though.
The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast.
Staff was friendly. Over all good experience. »

« The room was filthy and I found baggies and drugs in the room. The bedding was very burnt from cigarettes or something. The floor wasn’t clean. No corded for the phone the iron cable was cut. The electricity went out the last 2 days of our stay so we had no tv or air conditioning. »

« The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again! »
