Nicely remodeled, clean, basement apartment convenient to picturesque downtown Milford, Ohio, regional shopping, and recreation on Little Miami River and Loveland bicycle trail.Hosts are responsive and communicative.We gave a three star rating because this is a downstairs apartment. Human activity upstairs is heard downstairs whether 7 in the morning or 11 pm at night.. Parking is hit or miss since this is located within a surrounding group of rentals. Had two nights of sub-20s temps where the entire lot was full necessitating some automotive gymnastics.Though not the fault of the owners, record cold temperatures hit the region during our visit. The central furnace ceased functioning and we had to find alternative lodging for our daughter and infant because of the cold. The owners responded to the initial problem quickly late on a Sunday night with four portable space heaters that partially alleviated the situation. However, the central heat was out for the remainder of our visit with daytime temps in high 20s and nighttime temps in the teens. ##### Richard M.
