"The property is very close to the beach, and the rental provides excellent value. The home provided enough space for me, my wife, both my in-laws, and my 3 children (ranging in age from 2.5 to 9.5 years old).The rental rate was affordable and very fair. The area is residential with commercial options a short bike ride away. The community is bike friendly and contains a number of trails that interconnect residential, commercial, and tourist areas. The beach is only a football field away from the house and can be accessed without crossing any busy roads. The beach itself is pleasant with soft sand and family-friendly water conditions. The shore is very shallow allowing my 2.5-year old to safely play in it.The interior of the home is dated with minimal modern stylings. It is an old family home with major sentimental value to its owner and various personal affects. The house has everything needed for a stay and more. Bikes and kayaks are included, but sized for a shorter family.My children shared a bedroom that was converted from an attic and stifling hot. Fortunately, the room had a dedicated air conditioner, but the space was still tight and uncomfortable. The rest of the house, including the other two bedrooms was comfortable. Furnishings are clean and neat, but old. Appliances are newer and provide for good amenities. The WiFi signal was strong throughout with fast internet access. The owner was very kind. He was easy to contact throughout the visit and responsive."
"Room was clean and couldn't hear folks in other rooms, aside from a noisy dog that was staying nearby. Some fast breakfast options available with coffee all day, which we really appreciated. A ton of great dining options nearby, some walkable. Not too far from the beach. Indoor pool attached to the hotel was nice.
One night we needed more towels and received them immediately. They were really fast and helpful.
I think I would have liked a towel bar in the bathroom. Had to rest my towel on the back of the toilet while showering. "
"A gentleman named Mario was the one who cleaned our room for 3 days. Very satisfied. Always had the correct number of towels ,hand towels and wash clothes and always made sure to sweep our carpet and bathroom floor of all the sand from the night prior we drug into the room. All around great staff and area. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Rehoboth Beach area. Very Close to Wawa as well "
