The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The location was perfect—close to everything and easy to get around. We absolutely loved the pink marshmallow room—it was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved the property -- great location, great rooms, helpful staff. The only downside is that there was a fair amount of street noise but that ended by about 11 PM (and, of course, it was summer so likely more folks out than at other times of the year).

The staff and hotel were excellent. Warm and helpful. The hotel location was great being that it was next to great shopping and the Duomo. The restaurants were excellent as well. We traveled with two small kids, ages 3 & 6, and they loved the candy themed room and that there was candy and marshmallows all throughout the hotel. Room was spacious and clean.

We really enjoyed the property. It is right next to Duomo square so access to everything. We enjoyed the funky interior that is well done and clean and up-to-date. If you're coming to experience this part of town, this is a wonderful option.

The hotel was in a great location just a street away from the Duomo and all the restaurants and shops around it. The design was eclectic and fun. The service from the front staff was the only issue I had. Not very welcoming and friendly. That can definitely be improved upon. The bellmen, housekeepers, and night security were excellent in contrast. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

Location Location

The location of this property is why I chose this location. Its maybe the best location if you want to be in the middle of the shopping and Duomo area. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Note its a candy themed room and it is everything that the pictures say, not really my deal but did not really care either way. The roof top restaurant has a great view and the staff was amazing. Make sure you ask for Franco!!! The think for the price and the location its a great stay.
