Welcome to your retreat in the heart of Brickell with FREE PARKING. This newly updated 1 BR condo on the 39th floor offers partial views of the bay and a gorgeous cityscape, providing a truly memorable stay. Enjoy a spacious bedroom with 2 comfy queen beds and a walk-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible vistas of the skyline, and a perfect balcony for unwinding. The building also has a pool, gym, hot tub and 24 hr front desk/security. Walkable to all the best of Brickell.  
  
The space  
Large living room and dining area with 75 inch tv. One large bedroom with two queen beds and 70 inch tv, walk in closets and large balcony with rocking chairs and incredible view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook a great meal.  
  
Guest access  
Guests will have full access to the condo unit and the public amenities on the property such as the gym, pool and hot tub.

This building requires pre-registration which includes providing your email address and photo ID to your host.
