There were two of us, I told them at least 6 times as I didn’t want any problems. My husband was not listed when we checked in, so they had to be contacted while we sat in the lobby. Mar 12, 2026 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness Wow, this is close to some great places to eat and explore. 24/7 security, inside and outside. But be prepared to pay 50 per adult for a facility, amenities, & building fee. The unit was well worn & kinda dirty we swept and mopped. There's a broken mop and a bucket (I didn’t know where to dump the water)... the bedding looked clean thankfully. Also I had to adjust the catch on the balcony slider door as it didn't lock because the holes are stripped it needs larger screws I did mention this to the property manager/contact, but they seemed unknowledgeable in regards to the unit having a sliding door and/or how a door catch/lock would work. Overall it's not the worst rental we've had, nor the best, but the location was great. Parking was under a huge vent so be aware. That being said, I'd stay again if they properly fix that lock. Also be prepared for only one access key. Note the contact was always quick to respond thank you! I'd have rated it 5's if the bathroom floors were clean and the sliding door locked properly without me having to mess with it, as that's a safety concern. ##### Andrew C.
