The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, but honestly even better in person! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, and the staff are truly amazing - warm, super helpful, and always ready to assist. I’ve stayed at several of their other locations, and each one keeps getting better and better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again. Our first impression was that the stay was going to be a nightmare, but it actually turned out to be pretty decent. It seems like this property is relatively new to the hotel scene. There were several items missing in the room—such as a microwave, iron, and even soap for the shower—which should be standard when hosting guests. However, when I called to request them, the staff responded quickly and brought everything right away. So again, mixed feelings. The surrounding area really needs improvement. I personally felt fine, but it’s not somewhere I would feel comfortable bringing my spouse. It’s close to Midtown, which is a great area, but the specific location of the building could become a long-term issue unless the neighborhood develops more.
