"Had a family medical emergency and needed a place to stay close to Jackson memorial hospital and the place was only a 10 minute walk. Everything from cleanliness to amenities was great and communication with host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again if was in same situation. It’s close to expressway so a bit noisy other than that great!"

"Very nice and clean hotel. Bed was super comfy and the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot. Do Room itself smelled fresh and clean. Loved the modern technology using the i pad to play with the light settings. Would definitely stay there again."

"The beds were very comfortable and the AC qirked great. We had a nice view of downtown from our room. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The fruit, especially the pineapple, was very fresh. We enjoyed our stay but it would have been more helpful if the conciege had walking maps of things to do in the area. Also it would have been great uf the shuttle also went to the airport and not just the port for cruises. Overall a nice stay."
"I love it all, until it was time to get on the elevator. They’re only two and they’re small, this makes for long wait times. However, once in my room and saw the beautiful Miami view from our window, I forgot all about the elevator. Love the staff, each and every staff person we encountered was professional and treated us as though inviting us into their home!"

Only downfall would be the food n drinks they have in the room. One of the $10 waters was open and I did everything to make sure I wasn’t charged.
