"Check in and out times, could be better. Although they accommodated me for an extra price. Coming in to do the fire sprinklers was kind of off putting on my 5 day stay, but they also were able to push it into later in the day. Car wash is annoying at 7am. Over all, would stay again so that I could have a kitchen, and a somewhat 7/10 experience. "

"I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff and facilities met my expectations, and I appreciated the service provided. However, I would like to share feedback regarding the mattress in my room. Unfortunately, it was too soft and did not provide the firm support needed for my back. This made it difficult for me to rest comfortably during my stay. I believe that offering firmer mattress options or ensuring better support would greatly improve the guest experience, especially for those of us who require proper back support.
