« Finding any place other than a hotel miles away from where we wanted to be is a challenge in rural KY. This quaint, vintage apartment was clean, provided comfortable bedding and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The restaurant below us had good food and a friendly atmosphere too! « Amazing location. If you are looking for a place that is quite and away from all noise this is it. The first morning when we went to sit on the deck we were greeted by 15-20 turkeys that were just wondering through the woods. The next morning we saw 2 deer at the top of the hill. Minus the distant mooing of a few cows there was zero noise pollution. The covered deck and rocking chairs were amazing to sit and have a morning coffee. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The shower was amazing also....

« The property was nice, cute little house, well decorated. Located minutes to the lake and to the little town. In July there is not a view of the lake. A couple doors have holes in them, broken porch chair and there was 3 year old expired eggs in the refrigerator, expired creamer and condiments. House needed a good dusting but bathroom was clean. Toilet ran the whole time. I would recommend staying at this place. »

« i stayed in this cabin to enjoy hiking in the gorge. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for the term of my stay. Checking in and out was very convenient. Communication with the host was very accommodating. It was a bit of a drive each day to and from my hiking destinations but i would not necessarily allow that to hinder my decision to return to this cabin in the future. »

« For the price and location, this cabin was great. Clean and secluded. Only thing that was dirty was the outdoor table. No bugs inside. Loved the wrap-around porche and fire pit. The big couch needs to be changed, it has no stiffness. We fixed a drawer in the refrigerator that was not holding together upon arrival. The bedroom bed frame was not sturdy. There were many leftover coffee filters if you were thinking about bringing any. WiFi was not working upon arrival. After a few messages with...

« Easy to find but still had that private secluded with nature feel. Loved the hot tub on the covered deck! Was able to enjoy rrlaxing in the tub during the rain and storms we had during our visit. Cabin was beautiful, very clean, and had plenty of rainy day activities. Will definitely be planning a longer stay next time so we can utilize the full kitchen! Great location, we were only 10-15 minutes away from all the stops we planned. 10/10 would recommend »
