This private cabin sits on a lot that is a little over an acre in size. It offers all the modern amenities you are looking for with an amazing sunset view overlooking the forest. You can set on the porch and watch the wildlife, soak in the hot tub, savor the sunset, and bask in the firelight. The cozy feel of this cabin will make you feel right at home. Non-smoking, pet-friendly Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, icemaker in freezer, dishwasher, stove, range, microwave. It was clean and well taken care of, had nice amenities, was well landscaped in a nice wooded setting with plenty of outside amenities, and there were thoughtful little touches by the owners. The property is convenient to most area attractions, including Natural Bridge State Park and Gorge Underground. Also, when I had a question, management was quick to respond. Everything you could possibly need is available and ready for use. Clean, homey and beautiful surroundings inside and out. And we thoroughly appreciated the house being decorated for the holidays. The beds were slightly uncomfortable for our two week stay, but if you like firm beds it won’t be an issue. :) The hot tub on the amazing porch can cure anything, too! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Very quiet during our stay. Only one other cabin close by, and it was empty during our stay. Good communication from the management company. There is an event center in the area which holds weddings, so there could be a bit of noise from that, if there is one taking place. However, we did not hear any noise from the center during our stay. There is a one-way gravel road going back into the cabin area, which could be a bit of an issue if there is a lot of traffic from the event center. The owners/managers have thought of everything for comfort and attractiveness. We had incredible weather and could have lived on the deck or the amazing swings around the fire pit. The hot tub is perfectly situated for gathering and enjoying company, and it’s easy to use. All the seating was comfortable, including the deck loungers and the reclining couches. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed with good cookware, serving ware, pitchers, tableware, and food storage. I was perpetually in love with all the cutting boards and other thoughtful details. Good counter space and the extendable table make communal cooking easy. We came for hiking in Red River Gorge, but could have spent all our time at the cabin and been happy. Wild turkeys and deer visited daily. Location makes for quick and easy access to almost all the local features. For our group, the beds were too firm, but pillows and bedding were high quality and generous. The sheets were so soft I want to buy them for my bed! Thoughtful gifts were left in both bathrooms, and, again, such nice details like post-shower head wraps are provided. We had trouble with the WiFi that had nothing to do with the WiFi, and everyone was helpful in getting it resolved ASAP. Someone with better tech skills could have figured it out easily and much faster. We would stay again!!! The cabin was VERY clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable with a beautiful deck and firepit area. Our dog loved the area as well since it backed onto a wooded lot. There were gift baskets left for us and one for our pup! We had a small issue with the air conditioning so I emailed the staff and they responded quickly and resolved the issue within minutes.
