« Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one. »

« Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back! »

« Nancy's home is absolutely amazing. Everything you could want or need is provided. Plenty of towels for our family, kayaks were in good shape. We swam and fished from the dock. Manatees swam by daily. The home has a dream of an outdoor screened in space which was great when we had some showers. The boys enjoyed the bunk house. Outdoor shower and toilet were a big plus for our family. We will definitely return. »

« Our family loved our stay. The house is right on the river. I enjoyed sitting in the screened patio enjoying the view.
