« Property was well maintained, the furniture and appliances were newer. Enjoyed the tv in the outdoor patio. Easy access and checkout. Only two drawbacks were the pool was not heated and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to turn off. It got really cold at night with air conditioning on. »

« The kids (ages 8, 12 & 19) were first through the front door (of course) and immediately overjoyed with excitement saying “this place is awesome”! « This is a gorgeous home in one of the quietest neighborhoods. The backyard is like being on a tropical island minus the island. It wound up just being my husband, myself and our two Yorkies. « Our college lacrosse team stayed here on our spring break trip. It was very nice and clean with plenty of room for the 25 of us to live there comfortably for a week. The outdoor space was great and we spent a lot of time in the pool and playing pickle ball. It was in a very convenient location and lots of restaurants and activities to do close to the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! »

« We were spending time in Arizona just trying to figure out what areas we wanted live in, if we potentially retire here. This property is centrally located to Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert And just south of Scottsdale. While it is an older home, the property hosts made sure that it had all the amenities you would need.
