"Good pit stop. Gave Bates Motel vibes at night. Not bad though. The hot water takes a bit to warm up so you kinda got to stand there in some luke warm water for 8-10 min."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Motel Marfa! The whole place was beautiful, cozy, and had the perfect Marfa feel. You can really tell how much thought went into the little details throughout the property, which made the experience feel extra special. The sauna was definitely one of our favorite touches and such a nice way to relax after spending the day exploring. We also really appreciated how dog-friendly and welcoming everything felt. Overall, we had such a lovely stay. Between the attention to detail, the atmosphere, and all the thoughtful touches, Motel Marfa really added to our trip. We would absolutely stay again!"

"Cibolo Creek Ranch is the best overall lodging in the USA, and included in the 5 best in the world based upon my very wide travels since 1981 in 93 countries. The finest dining, wine list, scenery, facilities, peace and quiet, comfort, employees and service. All employees are exceptional as were the sea bass and rib eye dinners over 2 nights. Even the owner’s dogs (Rosie and Annie) were Class A."

"Excellent communication.It was great to have a fenced in area for our dogs, too. Only thing I want to point out is if you are mobility challenged getting in and out is a bit tricky. My mom walks with a cane and I has just had knee surgery. The two steps to the entry are VERY high. We would have to go around and unlock the bedroom door and help my mom up the two smaller steps from the street and into the house. I did pick it because it was one level but my fault for maybe not reading the fine print on the accessibility. Otherwise is it a very big house with a great patio and easy parking. The bathroom is very nice. Walk-in with a bench. Large kitchen. If you have someone that does not have a mobility issue to unlock the kitchen door (two big steps) and go around to the front and side door then you will be okay There is a door that goes to a large bedroom that has a chair (two small steps) and two small steps to the front door."

"We had a fantastic time and were very lucky enough to have clear skies between rains to see the meteor shower - it was amazing. The place was perfect for star gazing.
