"Housekeeping didn’t bother to check our room, we left dirty towels on the floor when we left and when we got back at 10 pm they were still there. Went to the front desk and asked for new towels, apparently a washing machine quit and they were short of towels, gentlemen working said he would get me some, got tired of waiting and went to bed at 11 pm. Threw the dirty towels outside our room door at 11 pm and they were gone in the morning, I had again go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. With the pool/hot tub closing at 10, we were unable to use it, that was one of the man reasons we booked there.. Breakfast was ok, same type of potatoes 3 days in a row.. best western I’m sure you can do better"

"Our queen room in the main tower was clean and comfortable. Furnishings could use some updating, but we don’t get too hung up on that. Having the on-site restaurant was a definite bonus and it’s a very nice place. For those who are GF, they have a dedicated kitchen. We used the shuttle to/from St. Mary’s which took the headache and anxiety out of parking on the day of surgery. You can keep your car parked for free even after checkout. Hotel staff, wait staff, and shuttle drivers were wonderful. We didn’t use the pool. We would definitely stay here again and it’s very reasonably priced."

"Breakfast was well stocked. Kids enjoyed the pool. We liked that famous daves was connected. Easy to get to! "

"Room was small. Only a desk chair to sit on besides the bed. We only had 2 towels for a 3 night stay. They were worn. Toilet paper was cheap. Bed was not comfortable. Disappointed. Everything outside of the room was very nice."

"We paid extra for covered parking but there weren’t enough spaces. Their garage was almost always full. Frustrating to search for alternative parking late at night. Staff was helpful and refunded our parking charge."

"Under heavy construction and cleaning. Seems they had water damage that was being repaired. Alot of industrial equipment and loud fans throughout the halls making passing through difficult and noisy. "
