It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queen beds, a full murphy bed, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. Step out onto the spacious lanai and prepare to be mesmerized by a turquoise canal lined with palm trees. The view is even more enjoyable while you’re floating in the heated pool or reclining on the sun loungers. The house is a bit older but very well kept and cleaned. There were ants in bathrooms and kitchen areas but I blame more of the island climate than the home. The home was stocked well with towels and basic essentials which was helpful.The pool area was our favorite but the jacuzzi doesn’t get very hot and the mgmt company wasn’t willing to turn it up. The neighborhood is older and not as upscale as other areas on the island but location was convenient. However, I don’t think you can go wrong with any location given the size of the island. I would say that VRBO homes on Marco seem to be a dime a dozen in choice and comparable amenities.I’d have given a better rating if the management company was a bit more hospitable. They were very by the book in their responses (canned answers) and never went above and beyond. For example they weren’t very helpful with recommendations on food and activities (told me to grab some pamphlets when I stop by their office…so I just googled recommendations on my own). Upon our stay, most of their messages were house rule reminders which came daily. I’m pretty sure I was reminded about the trash 3-4 times. Guessing they had a bad experience previously. What tipped the scale was halfway into our stay, they sent a text asking if we’d be interested in real estate property. No thanks. Overall though a good place. ##### Christel B. Our disappointments were one roll of toilet per bath, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags. We just stayed in a $150/night place in CO and it was stocked. At the price we paid, I would have expected the same, apparently that’s in the rental agreement that I failed to read completely. We rent vrbos 2 to 3 times a year and this was a first. We also couldn’t swim in the pool due to the timer being set for too short a time for the 70 degree weather. They came out and made adjustments, but that didn’t seem to work either.
