Located at the sought-after south end of Marco, this gorgeous 3 bedroom plus den, 2.5 bathroom Villa is just .5 miles to the south public beach access. The shallow waters of Paradise Coast provide world-class shelling and shallow water perfect for snorkeling, or simply a day on the sand behind a good novel! The Mendel Villa is also located within easy walking distance of many of Marco Island's premier restaurants, ...shopping and entertainment. Walk to the famed ' Marco Walk Plaza ' which features Marco Movies, Beebe's Ice Cream, Pincher's Crab Shack, Nacho Mama's Authentic Mexican, the Marco Prime Steakhouse, DaVinci Fine Italian, The Oyster Society, and numerous Island Shoppes such as Chico's and Beach Daisy. This tasteful tropical gem built in 2018 has every amenity one could ask for in a vacation retreat. The highly desired southern exposure's sprawling pool deck is a sunbather's paradise, with a privacy hedge, no screen enclosure, features a large open saltwater pool and natural stone deck offering two chaise lounging areas to gather that popular southern exposure for daylong sun. Looking west, you can see Paradise Coast sunsets! The inside is very spacious, providing ample space for all to enjoy without feeling crowded. The home is decorated in browns and grey hues with dark wood flooring, open floor plan, 12' tall ceilings, top of the line appliances including a Wolf gas range in a gourmet kitchen with spacious marble countertops and dual sinks is a chef's dream. Quiet clean, and spacious with a nice privacy hedge surrounding the back of the property. We greatly enjoyed the pool after a day of fun in the surrounding areas, as there is plenty to do in the Naples, Marco Island towns. It was a pleasant walk to the beach with shops along the way. We had an issue with a clogged drain in the 2nd bath shower. The management company had someone over within 30 min - thank you!! Minor notes- could use new beach towels and the tv outside is broken (large black streaks in the picture). Could have been damaged in hurricane. The property was stocked with everything we needed and more! We were super happy with all of the beach equipment (wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers) that was provided! House was super clean and management responded to any questions we had very quickly! ##### Riley S. We loved the pool and the house layout was just as described. The walk to the beach was not too bad…it was a bit long for my parents and young son. But, it overall it was totally worth it because the beach was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property. Beach equipment and a much used beach wagon were very helpful! The only disappointing part was the sitting area next to the pool. The cushions and rug were very worn and took away from the rest of the property that was absolutely gorgeous. It didn’t take away from the wonderful time we had, it just would’ve been nice to be able to sit there. But, the rest of the outdoor furniture was great so we just sat there instead. This was a amazing vacation and would love to visit here again. ##### Kate B.
