It’s fit for two kings, and queens and all their princes and princesses. It sleeps ten, with two king beds (master suites), one queen, two twins, one Murphy bed, and three bathrooms, making it the ideal place for a family gathering or group of friends. It also comes with a two-car garage. When you first step inside, you’ll think to yourself, “This isn’t a beach house. More like a beach palace.” The first floor features a spacious master suite with a king bed, television, an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a luxurious bathtub, and a walk-in shower, along with direct access to the lanai. A second bedroom on this level offers a queen bed, a television, and its own lanai access, making it an ideal retreat for guests seeking a bit of privacy. Also on this floor is a home office equipped with a Murphy bed, providing a flexible space for both work and rest. A second full bathroom is conveniently located on this level for guest use. Upstairs, the second master suite offers a king bed, a television, and a private balcony with stunning views of the canal and Marco Island. Although your service were anxious to quickly address several problems discovered upon possession, they did not address the rat problem?? The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We spent many hours in both. The only thing I would caution is for little kids the pool goes from 3-5 feet. This home has a beautiful floorplan, with plenty of space for two families. The office even has a Murphy bed (which I don't believe was in the listing, so we were pleasantly surprised to find it). The kids had a wonderful time in the pool/hot tub. Some of the decor was a bit dated (the dried floral arrangements from the 1990s have to go) but overall this was a great place to stay.
