Pool heating is offered as a paid premium service. While the pool heater works to maintain a comfortable temperature, outside weather conditions—especially cooler nighttime temperatures, wind, and sudden temperature drops—can affect the pool’s warmth.

During colder conditions, the pool may cool overnight and gradually reheat during the day. This is a normal and unavoidable limitation of outdoor pool heating systems.
By booking a stay with heated pool access, guests acknowledge that consistent temperature cannot be guaranteed at all times, particularly during colder weather, and this does not constitute a fault or grounds for a refund.

The house was new and very clean. Great location. The steps to get in the house and the steps in the house are very steep. The elevator was not available for us. In addition, to have the pool heated they were charging 130.00 a day which in my opinion is ridiculous. The heater was not even operable and they did refund our money. The pet deposit is also non-refundable. Little to no cooking utensils if you plan to cook. For the amount of money we paid for the week (especially during a holiday) the home couldOf had more simple amenities for guest use.
