"To Whom It May Concern, This statement serves as formal documentation regarding concerns experienced during a recent lodging reservation. The accommodations and management of the property did not meet the reasonable expectations of transparency, consistency, and professionalism typically associated with hospitality services. During the stay, irregularities arose relating to the organization and oversight of the premises. These included confusion regarding operational management, inconsistencies surrounding the availability of the reserved accommodation, and a lack of clear communication regarding guest arrangements. The accommodation originally reserved was not available for the full duration anticipated, resulting in temporary arrangements prior to an adjustment being made later in the reservation period. Additional concern arose regarding guest privacy and the safeguarding of personal belongings. Communication was made regarding a personal item believed to have been left behind after departure. Despite reasonable inquiry, no response or resolution was provided regarding its recovery. This statement is submitted in good faith for documentation and review of the concerns associated with the stay. Sincerely, Mackilya Davis"

Our Beautiful Hostess Greeted us upon arrival and made sure we got settled in and had everything we needed. she was easily accessible and helped with any arrangements we needed. We absolutely adore Kayla and have a newfound Friend! We are looking forward to seeing her again! And enjoy staying again. Absolutely can't say how happy we were with our service,"
