Great place found this last minute glad we did can’t wait to go back , there doing a lot of work on the property which is a great sign it will only be better the staff treat you like family and have the best ideas for what and we’re to go , They have a small little cat that will visit you by the pool and tables love her cool to see all the guest pet and give her food , Dont miss the karaoke. Great times

The room we stayed in was roomy, the view of the Pitons from my room was spectacular! The food was good, the staff was very friendly and went out if their way to make sure you are comfortable.

Great views but light sleepers beware
Let's start with the positive points: - our room had great views over the town of Soufrière and the Petit Piton - the grounds of the hotel were teeming with birds and had a real jungle vibe - great service from everyone in the staff, especially the concierge who arranged taxis and tours for us diligently and understood exactly what we were after. Special mention to our driver Ravi who picked us up at the airport and on departure to our next stop - very good driver and knowledgeable about the island. However, our experience was overall mixed due to: - we only found out on arrival that our room was 'open air' as the description on Hotels.com did not specify this. It had the issue of being poorly soundproofed, which turned out to be a problem on Thursday-Sunday evenings due to the disco sounds from nearby Soufrière, going strong until 2am. Only Monday evening was a quiet night. Note that mosquitos and heat were not really an issue for us and the room had a nice breeze. - we had a bathtub which did not seem to have been cleaned for the duration of our stay and towels often had stains on them - quality of the restaurant food is inconsistent depending on the days (generally tasty)

A unique and beautiful hotel carved into the mountain. Food and Staff were excellent. On the other hand, the pools were minuscule and the stone staircases mostly without railings were challenging for anyone with walking or balance problems.
