Positive: Onsite Parking, Spacious rooms, decent breakfast (Savita and team were very helpful), staff was polite and helpful Negative: Dated property, malfunctioning lift, lack of onsite cleaner (as I was informed by the reception when I mentioned after check-in that the bin was full of rubbish)

Overall it was ok and a pleasant experience. However, the pool was ice cold and I had only booked that place because of the swimming pool. The 'spa' facilities are quite poor and run-down. The hotel itself was decorated very well for Christmas and it was warm and welcoming. Hannah deserves a special mention for being so efficient.

Lovely, clean, comfortable property with friendly owners. Breakfast was great quality too. The property is a short way from Abergavenney, surrounded by countryside - so very peaceful. A very relaxing stay.

The team who served me were helpful and friendly. The guy who checked me in was efficient and really nice, so the procvess was quick but he made me feel very welcome. I had dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both.
