We loved this place so much we booked another night. Very peaceful, pleasant and great restaurant on site. Little beach and pool and great location. Love ❤️

I highly recommend. Very good, even by Hampton standards. Breakfast was hot (bacon, sausage, eggs, home fries), not just continental. The feral chicken wandering around was a nice touch.

Great location, staff helpful and clean!

This resort was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. We originally booked just one night on our way to Key West, but after experiencing everything the property had to offer, we wished we had stayed much longer. If we have the opportunity to make this trip again, we would choose to stay here for our entire vacation and simply take a day trip or two to Key West. The resort offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with beautiful surroundings, excellent...

Loved it!

Beautiful lobby, nice outdoor area, room is clean, the elevator is a bit old though. Pool is very big, kids love it.

very good viewing ocean.

We stayed in the main building of the property. The room was spacious and well appointed including a hair dryer and kitchenette with microwave. They have free bikes and canoes available for guests. The ladies at reception were very helpful and nice. The place is close to the Marathon Lady docks where we took a fishing trip that was great fun. There is a pickle ball court, bbq and a pool. It was scorching hot so it would be nice if they planted more trees for greater shade. We had a nice stay-...

Love the retro look of the motel. Renovated room, very clean, no carpets, small kitchenette and well air-conditioned. View of Barley Basin, Everglades side. Small pool surrounded by vegetation, parking. Well-maintained site. Warm, friendly staff.

Every single part of our stay at Grassy Flats was 5/5! Staff, room, ocean view, pool, dining, market, beach, etc. highly recommend!

Beautiful place Great beds Lots of dining options

La chambre était directement sur la plage et la vue était magnifique. L’hôtel est super et la réceptionniste offre un très bon service.

Stayed in room 21, very clean, beautifully decorated with cottage feel. Very comfortable beds. Nice linen. No amenities but peaceful hideaway overall.

Great place, great staff and the room was awesome. We will be back!

We stayed at Coconut Cove for 5 nights and loved every minute. The resort is a bit dated, but it's a tradeoff we gladly made. It still very much had it's old world charm. There are not a lot of units and so it is very quiet. Many times we had the pool to ourselves. The pool itself is in excellent condition, and was very clean. The beachfront (not really a beach but still a great place to launch a kayak) is a perfect place to watch the sunrise. The resort chickens & rooster were a nice...

Clean, spacious, and all amenities we needed.

Stayed in the Orchid Suite and although the building is dated, it was just lovely. Will come back again. Nice place for couples/adults - not so much for families. Within walking distance or short bike ride to restaurants, scuba diving, fishing charters.
