The suite had plenty of space for both me and my coworker, which we really appreciated after long days on our feet. The staff went above and beyond, especially Carlos who took the time to share helpful suggestions about the area. The hotel has made some nice changes recently and they provided drinking water in the lobby. Super convenient location. Clean and cozy. There wasn’t a coffee maker or extra bedding or pillows for the pull out bed, but we made it work from the other beds. The downstairs guests complained a few times in the short time of being there saying they could hear footsteps so I am not sure if floors are thinner or whatnot because we were mindful and really only used the hotel for a one night place to sleep. But we didn’t hear anything above us. The suite had tons of space, especially in the living area, so we were able to relax, eat together, and unwind without feeling cramped. We were in town to visit family and went to the Walt Disney Concert Hall to see Home Alone in concert. Big shoutout to Carlos and Kevin the hotel staff.
