The location is amazing, as it is a short walk to the beach or anywhere else you may wish to go. The most impressive part about the property is how clean it is, and how well it was recently remodeled. The attention to detail here is really amazing. The hosts are also very friendly people, and the communication was outstanding. ##### John C. I first want to say Brian, the Host, is the absolute best to communicate with. He is prompt and so helpful. This immaculate little spot by the beach is incredible! I have stayed in the studio VRBO below & now just finished staying in the one bedroom apartment that is above the studio. I could not be more impressed with the amenities, the ocean view and the wonderful vibes this cute place holds. It is literally 2 blocks up from one of the cleanest and most precious beaches of LA. Manhattan Beach is filled with wonderful shops and eateries. The Strand is where you can walk along the beach and look at the incredible views of the ocean or the magnificent homes that are along the ocean. It is just a fun place to be. I love visiting Manhattan Beach I come here often and this special place is just the place to stay while visiting Manhattan Beach or LA or any of the surrounding areas.
