Staff was wonderful, and my stay was comfortable. I felt safe despite the proximity to Hollywood blvd. Good location if you need to be close to Hollywood, amenities were updated and kept clean. My only reason for the 4 stars is very thin walls, I could hear my neighbor on the phone early in the morning quite clearly but with some earplugs it’s a very good value for the price and very convenient. The room is really nice, but I arrived at check in time and had to wait 40 minutes for my room to be ready. The overnight staff was really rude when I came out to get my DoorDash. I asked if I could get a late checkout especially since my room was delayed and they said no. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
