Excelente ubicación pero me encontré el hotel antiguo para mi gusto, el que le gusta lo clásico antique pues super. La habitación super grande pero no pude dormir bien porque sentía que me picaba algo cuando me entraba entre las cobijas, tengo las fotos que lo confirman. Hubo dos noches q dormí en el mueble por eso. Despues decidí dormir encima de la colcha y ponerme una pijama larga y medias para soportar el aire. Algo que no me gustó fue que al llegar la habitacion que tenia ventana, y me dieron 2 cupones de cada cosa que ofrecen. Cuando me enseñan la que esta disponible, me prometieron darme 3 más si cambiaba de habitación a una vip, cuando ya pague me dicen que sólo eran 3, no 5. Al final reclame y me dieron 1 más de masajes y buffet 😮‍💨

We had a very disappointing experience. Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. The main issue was access and security. On our first night we returned around 10:30pm and discovered the access card provided would not unlock the foyer entrance to reach the elevators. We were locked outside with all of our passports, luggage and belongings still inside the apartment. Security staff refused to assist and we could not contact the host despite repeated attempts. We only regained entry because another resident allowed us into the building around 10:45pm. The following morning the apartment door lock malfunctioned and would not reliably lock or open. A technician attended but appeared unable to repair it properly. At one point he agreed to help us with the foyer access issue, but when the lift doors opened downstairs he ran out of the building and never returned. Due to the ongoing access problems, lack of support and security concerns, we booked alternative accommodation the following day and left the property early. This was the most stressful accommodation experience.

If you have a short stay, this is in my opinion, not where to stay. For the cost, you might as well enjoy the hospitality of a nice hotel not the apartment.

The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com I had to find new accommodations in an emergency because I did not feel comfortable at this place. Hotels.com and the host refused to reimburse based on this misrepresentation of the accommodations and conditions. Very upsetting.
