"The Valet staff was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Jeremy helped get us checked in, he was very informative and really made us feel welcome! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. They were very fast to bring things to our room when needed so that was very nice. Nick was our bartender for part of our evening, he made us feel welcome and was very attentive the whole time which we really appreciate. Check out was super fast and simple. Overall great environment and great staff!"

"This hotel was very nice and in a very convenient location. Our room was amazing. The only thing I did not care for was the parking situation. It says that they have valet parking, but they do not and you have to park in a parking garage, which is full of a bunch of punk kids riding around on bikes and all we did was worry about our car getting broken into all night."

"The shower never got hot The remote wasn’t in the room The phone didn’t work at all so we couldn’t call room service or anything else The bar staff I Get there were busy but come on Overall I’ll never stay there with there creepy elevators again especially for a week at that price"

"Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "
