The location was great! Right outside Shepard's Bush station, and shopping center. For somewhere that central, I think the price was amazing. The room was really clean, and staff very polite and helpful.

Clean, tidy and comfy room well located near to underground and overground stations. My only gripe is the aircon was temperamental and stopped working on our final night making for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Great location next to Tube, shops and restaurants. Really quick to get to the West End. The room was lovely with comfy bed and nice shower. You are on a main road so quite a bit of traffic noise but that didn't bother me.

Very close to the station. Great air con Staff were super helpful and efficient Room was very nice and clean and bed was comfy. Only downside was that there was a LOT of noise from the street. Otherwise great.

Great value for money and loved the air-con and bottles of water provided with tea and coffee in the room - ideal when arriving on a very hot day. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean and bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great - very close to tube station and Westfield shopping centre only a short walk away. Our room overlooked the busy road and amenities so there was noise into the night but, despite this, we would stay here again.
