I feel that this hotel was good value for London. It is a couple of minutes walk from the tube station, all the staff members we came across were extremely polite and helpful, and they even let us store our luggage and check in early. The room was tidy and had everything you needed, we stayed 2 nights with a 4-month old and there were no issues. I would recommend this hotel, if you were looking for affordability with good transport connections and walkable to the museums.

First time at this hotel and would definitely return. Just a short walk from Earls Court Station. Nice open lobby, eating area for breakfast bright, large. Breakfast food was basic traveller's breakfast, choice of cereal, yoghurt, breads, spreads, cold meats and cheeses with coffee/tea/juice. Good start to the day. Room was clean and bathroom had a bath so quite a nice surprise with size of bathroom. Reception staff wonderful, friendly, informative and helpful. Even helped me down with my bag to the pavement on last day! All in all a very good experience,

The room was very clean. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Tea and coffee supplies were sufficient. Didn’t have breakfast on this trip but have done so in the past and it is a good continental style. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

All the staff were fantastic. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were lovely, and the hotel is only a few minutes from Earl's Court underground station, so easy to get where we wanted to go. The wi-fi was a bit slow, but that was the only concern.
