Great location, clean, quiet hotel in a fairly busy location but not a sound heard in the room. Bathroom’s are quite small with not much space for a toilet bag, but that’s about the only criticism I have, but that is normal for a lot of London inner city hotels.

Nice room albeit a bit small. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking but thats personal preference. The staff were very helpful and kind and it is in a great location close to the museums. Would recommend to someone visiting London for a city break as the hotel is very well located.

This hotel is in a lovely neighborhood and great location, near Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, and many museums, including the Museum of Natural History. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, going well above and beyond. There is a nice little bar area that also serves delicious dinners. Five + stars!!

We remarked on the always helpful, always friendly staff. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but loved the ambiance of the hotel. It could not be better located: near a bustling South Kensington neighborhood, next to multiple museums, the Royal Albert Hall, and close Underground stops.
