Hot water was scolding hot, no milk for your tea or coffee, the mattress was just like one from a fold up bed your grandma used to have in the 80's. It was t-shirt weather so it was still warm enough at night. There are only 3 rooms and decorated poorly, not as advertised. Staff were friendly but you are definitely not getting what you paid for, a little false advertising I think!!
