The suit was fun, the amenities were great… but the staff? The staff was phenomenal!!! Incredible stay, they lit the outside up like a rainbow June 1st made my trans child cry after we just got back from Kinky boots! This place will always live in our hearts and the staff made our London visit top notch!

This place is amazing. I was only there for 1 night but the 3 bedroom vault felt like a luxury apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4 with teenagers. If I visit London again I will definitely stay here. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and very close to metro.

We had a delightful stay here. We booked a Club Room to get a little more freedom with a kitchen/dining area with separated bedroom zone. The finishes and quality of the items in the room were good, however the room was too small for what was crammed in. Just badly designed/laid out. The wardrobes were nice with mirrored doors but were at the foot of the bed and you could only just get the doors open one at a time, not ideal so the mirrors were a bit pointless. The seating/dining area was very small and crammed in. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice with great friendly staff and nice facilities. It is good to have a spa area included in the price, which is unusual and the facilities were very good and well maintained. The hotel is ideally situated in South Kensington and a few minutes walk from the underground station on the District/Circle line which is ideal. We would not hesitate to come back, but would choose a different room type. Worth noting that although the rooms are sound-proofed, the doors are not and it can be quite noisy, especially if you are opposite a lift of the service stairs.

The entire experience was amazing 💛 from the underground pool and sauna, to the hotel decor and the lounge/bar area, perfect! Communication was very easy with the staff via WhatsApp and the WiFi worked great. My only issue was the bed was hard and the sheets were so loud you could hear every movement. Outside of that, great experience! Would return

I only mentioned on check out to be fair to staff but there a horrible smell of old cigarette that would get pushed out the vent normally in the afternoon evening. This needs to be rectified. In addition the housekeeping and room cleaning was very irregular. On day 1 it was cleaned about 2pm. The next day no o e came till around 6pm when it was too inconvenient to leave our room

The room was clean, spacious & renovated. First time to stay in a vault room ( basement), but nice experience. They have an indoor pool, gym & restaurant . Free washer & dryer which is a big plus, also free laundry soap & conditioner. It’s in a prime location, lots of restaurants around, so it’s highly recommended. Walking distance to Gloucester road train station.
