Beautiful and quiet room, well appointed. The front desk people, a man on check in and a lady on check out, were not very friendly or helpful. Restaurant was delightful. The hotel is small, behind the restaurant/pub with the same entrance. It was much further to the open entrance to Kew than I had expected.

A great little find, rooms are clean, well decorated and staff are attentive and friendly. The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! Would certainly recommend and stay again :)
