Fantastic stay on this hotel ship. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location if you’re seeing a show at the 02 , as it’s only 15 minutes walk and cable car.

I was in the are for a conference at the Expo, the location is fantastic, literally just outside the steps. But this property needs some significant maintenance/updating. When we arrived the lifts were broken and our room was on the 5th floor. The staff did allow us to use a service elevator to get our luggage up to the room but the lifts remained inoperable for most of our 2 night stay. Additionally, the AC does not work. I read this in other reviews as well. The staff was kind but all that was done was a fan was added to the room. It helped but wasn’t really solving the problem. There is no workout facility and the restaurant and bar were just ok.

The property was very unique but certainly not worth the price paid for lackluster service. It was also not as conveniently located to enjoy London as advertised. The rooms are larger than expected as well as very clean, however we did have to make a request for additional towels every single day as only one was ever placed in the room even though we booked as a couple. The food in their restaurant definitely left something to be desired; would not recommend the breakfast!! There is zero parking at the actual hotel and you must utilize the neighboring hotel’s parking deck at £30 a day which was not disclosed at booking or listed anywhere on their site. All in all, a 5 out of 10.

A really good find, lots of space for a London hotel. High-quality makes you feel special. Right on the river so fun to have drinks in the basin overlooking the cable cars and the millennium dome. Very easy to get to by transport in particular the Elizabeth line makes getting around London feel like cheating. A rather iconic looking hotel as well just makes you feel kind of special.

The Yacht is lovely and the room clean and comfortable. However, breakfast was the worst part of our stay, as the breakfast room was very over-crowded and there was a long queue for a table (easily 20 minutes). Customers were getting very frustrated with the wait and complaining to staff who were equally as frustrated with complaining customers. However, the delays were not handled well by the team and some staff were rude to guests, which just wasn't appropriate. There is most definitely a better way to handle the breakfast period, if the room capacity cannot cater for the number of guests wanted breakfasts, and I hope that management address this issue with a scheduled entry for guests, so they can manage numbers effectively and avoid this situation which spoils an otherwise lovely stay.

The staff were amazing and the place looks great but the air-conditioning was severely lacking, especially with 2 young children. We borrowed a fan and it was still 29 degrees all night, the most uncomfortable we've ever been in any property. We found it very difficult to rest and couldn't wait to get out and breathe. One of the lifts was out of order too so wasn't a great experience which is ashame because all of the staff were really friendly and lovely people.

This is a remarkable hotel. A huge floating yacht in a very unusual setting. Fast train to London ( minutes) it's great for the Excell centre. It's very cool sitting in the back of the yacht drinking champagne. It's not particularly cheap but it's worth for a special occasion. Rooms are well appointed. Note to management: please install usb ports in all rooms! Toilet door is as heavy as a bank vault.
