Lovely staff who were very helpful. Comfy bed in a big room with good sound proofing. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices on the buffet, both hot and cold. Including stir fried rice, salad, grapefruit, very creamy scrambled eggs plus the usual items you'd expect.

This was my first stay at Stamford Bridge Hotel. I arrived quite late on a weeknight and there was available staff who checked me in quickly and efficiently. Once I arrived at my room in the Lyf building, I found my air conditioning was not working well. By early afternoon the next day, I was easily moved to a very nice room right around the corner from the previous one. It was handled so nicely and I truly felt the front desk wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The location is perfect and walkable if you are staying in the Chelsea/Fulham area. Public transportation is a very short walk away. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Located in a perfect area, close to Kings Road which was my old stomping ground. Had a nine night stay so was disappointed that I had to ask 5 times for my tea and coffee station to be refilled. Then they would just bring you one teabag and say hey if coffee. When I stay in a hotel for this length of time, I ask staff to only freshen my room every other day however, although the bed was remade every time, the sheets never got changed. Just something housekeeping should be made aware. Would still recommend this hotel to others though. My next stay has already been booked.

Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful.

Great breakfast, tho it wasn't free. Clean room, fantastic staff/customer service. Honestly the only thing I really wasn't a fan of was that the AC was not great, particularly since I was there during a heat wave. But then, I'm told AC is not a very commonly good think in the UK in general, so...there you are! And they did actually bring a fan up unasked when I complained about the temp. In all, an excellent budget stay!
