Nice traditional pub in lively London Bridge, with a restaurant serving good food
The staff are fantastic
Spacious clean room, quite noisy as it's above the outside seating area which is lively until late
If you're out exploring London, and just need somewhere to crash, it's a good option
Everything was alright. The rooms were very hot but there was a fan which helped a bit. The key cards for my room had to be reset almost daily during my stay which was a bit annoying that they'd stop working randomly.
Great location and great bar I will say. And some great deals if you are staying in the hostel.
I like the property good place near shops transport.

Not bad for hostel
my son stayed here as a part of our family trip. It is a hostel. He didn’t sleep very well, but it was safe and it was clean. It was close to our hotel and a very central vocation.

Staff member Riley was great and helped alot. Private room was ideal for our group.
Outside late at night a bit sketchy but its london i suppose.
The bunk beds had their own curtains, so it blocked off the lights and the bed was comfortable. The downside was we couldn’t keep the window during the night even though it was warm inside because there is a bar underneath is and people were talking loudly so you could hear them even with the windoe closed (there are fans in the room). The staff were helpful and nice!

It was okay for the price. Showers dirty and don’t bother using the woman’s only shower as it leaks all over the floor and is just a push for water. The rooms were incredibly warm despite going in winter, lockers don’t lock but the beds were comfy! Other than that some of the staff were absolutely lovely<3 and it was nice to have a good common area. Would only return if absolutely necessary.
Great location- very easy to get to and close to the station. However, the stay was difficult. I stayed there for 6 nights in total. The first 3 nights I was in a room which was incredibly hot (and I'm always cold) because the radiator was stuck on full heat constantly. The radiator was also inside my bottom bunk so it was dangerous to sleep in as I had to really avoid trying to touch the intensely hot radiator in order to not burn myself. I told two different staff members about this- the first said he'd fixed it but hadn't and the second said "oh yeah that room", implying they knew it was a problem generally and yet it had not been fixed.
The room also stank of weed and sweat (not helped by it being so hot in such a small room for four people).
The second room was better because it was bigger and not too hot, although a girls phone and passport were stolen by another guest while I was there and there were toenail clippings by my bed when I arrived. My light switch and plug also didn't work.
The main shower room was fine in terms of condition.
Generally great location and very cheap however, not comfortable at all. Staff generally friendly but clearly the place knows things are broke ie: radiator/plugs and they shouldn't be charging the same amount for those beds/rooms.
Beside of the paid bar, there is a chill room offering free instant coffee, tea and iced water with the microwave and the kettle. The bed can use curtains to create a private environment with personal electric sockets and a lamp. But there are limited female toilets and show rooms. There are more mixed general toilets and shower rooms.
Very bad situation.not clean place staff are not friendly

Facilities are okay, hallway was stinking, not sure why. Good number bathrooms and toilets, toilets can be washed frequently.
Staff at reception need basic training like smiling & say hello, all appeared to be unwelcoming. It appears that they don’t want to work at reception. I would highly recommend the St Christopher-Village at borough market. That’s much better.
