Whatever the previous reviews regarding cleanliness is all true. Years of Dust collection on the fan, under bed, so hot my kids couldn’t sleep. I get it for the price in central London. But next time better spend a bit more for accomodation.

Overnight stay and picked one of the cheapest I could find in London. Worth the money BUT it was hot in London and the fan they provided in the room just didn’t cut it. I would have kept the window open all night but couldn’t as it was too noisy with traffic and police sirens, planes etc. I appreciate that’s not the hotels fault, but they need air con in all rooms. Never been so hot in all my life even with fan on full all night. It was sweltering and kept waking up dehydrated and having to drink. Breakfast was chaotic with a tiny room for dozens of families to dine in. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and be able to eat and then the milk was warm and there were no glasses. The bed was comfy and the room was ti t but had everything needed. Bathroom miniscule but almost immaculate and looked newish. Cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for, but still…needs air con.

Rummet var städat på ytan men under sängarna låg gamla petflaskor, skor och skräp. Jag skrev till receptionen att rummet behövdes städas men det skedde inte. Läget är mkt bra, nära till Paddington så man enkelt tar sig till alla stadsdelar i London. Frukosten undermålig. Rostat bröd, yoghurt i burk, kaffe och enklare pålägg. Vi visste att detta inte var ett femstjärnigt hotell så om man väger in pris och läge så är det bra och prisvärt.

The room had not been vacuumed and there was a stain on the wall. Bathroom was very small and wasted a lot of water getting the shower to a usable temperature. Breakfast would have benefitted from some eggs and hot toast. It was ok for one night but wouldn't want to stay any longer. The addition of a fan was welcome as we stayed in a heatwave. Staff should also be trained in fire safety as we observed a fire door that had been wedged open with a fire extinguisher. The breakfast was lacking imagination but the coffee was nice. The breakfast cereal dispensers were incorrectly labelled, this could have caused an adverse reaction for people with allergies.

Clean room, organized, great location. But there are things missing that have made my stay less enjoyable, for example: the lack of a mini fridge, I couldn't even buy a bottle of cold water because there wasn't anything in the hotel to keep it cool, and it was an awful situation considering the weather, extremely hot. The lack of air conditioning or ar least decent fans. There was only one fan in a room for 3 that was almost breaking. Besides theses things, I really enjoyed the stay, the location is the best part of it. I would have liked it a lot more if I could have had these simples things: a fridge and better fans or air conditioning. Would come back only if they added these things. If they don't, I'm not coming back.

Det var ok. Luktade inte superfräscht (mögel?) i korridorerna, men dock inte inne på vårt rum. Var väldigt varmt nör vi var där och fanns ingen a/c. Städerskan pratade ingen engelska och kunde gärna gå en kurs i vanlig hederlig trevlighet.

I had no great expectations from this hotel based on the price and being so close to Paddington Station in London. It turned out to be an excellent choice and I would stay there again. I worried what the area would be like but actually it was fine. I walked from the station at midnight and did not feel anxious. Really good choice if you need to stay close to Paddington because you are leaving early or arriving late.

Breakfast was sufficient they had toast, yoghurts, cereal tea, coffee, orange juice the room was clean. The staff is very friendly and it’s essentially located in London. There’s so many things around that area to do souvenir shops cafés pizza places convenience stores anything you need is right in that area definitely would stay there again.

Quem não tem fôlego precisa ter cuidado pois são muitos degraus, mas o quarto estava limpo com toalhas, papel , sabonete líquido e shampoo a disposição, a recepção foi incrível, dois indianos me atenderam mega super bem Figuh , e o outro indiano na recepção da madrugada! Café bom, simples , mas tinha pães queijos café iogurte e suco.!

Ubicación cerca de Paddington y a corta distancia de varias paradas tanto de autobús como de metro que hacen que desplazarse por la ciudad sea fácil y cómodo. En la zona hay varios restaurantes y tiendas. En cuanto al hotel, sabíamos que sencillo, pero la limpieza de la habitación no era adecuada. Solo ver el ventilador lleno de polvo acumulado durante semanas o meses indica que no se presta atención a la correcta limpieza de las habitaciones. Sí que cambiaron las toallas casi todos los días de la estancia, aunque no hicieron las camas. El desayuno muy sencillo y poco variado, pero suficiente para empezar el día. Resumiendo, muy buena ubicación pero el resto deja bastante que desear. No lo recomendaría, hay mejores opciones a precio similar.

Convenient to Paddington but cannot recommend as bedbug crawled over my pillow. Staff did not seem concerned when I informed them and showed them a picture. In fact the person on the front desk said "They'd been taken care of but must have come back." Did not offer refund or any kind of discount which would have been a nice gesture.

When this hotel is available to book I won’t stay anywhere else,although something to bare in mind at check-in you could be placed in another hotel that is the same company and breakfast is in the other hotel this has never been an issue as it is literally not even a 20 seconds walk. Our stay this time was good but I’m not putting excellent due to a few issues. Room was not cleaned in 3 days of being there just towels delivered daily. Tv didn’t work the first night and was a hard job the second night to get batteries. Third night omg 5am next door screaming and shouting to get in didn’t sleep past that. Beds were great and comfortable but could do with two pillows not one tv was as good when we got it working. Breakfast is basic but it’s okay I am sorry I don’t rate the orange juice at all But overall was a great stay again Staff are very good

Hotel was fine but having to check in at one hotel but finding out the room is actually in a different building is not ideal. More so when my key card would not let me in through the front door after returning from the theatre late at night and having to go back to check-in to have it reprogrammed. The amenities in the single room were perfectly ok so no complaints on the room itself.
