By far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were larger than I expected, and the comforter was thick and warm. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful—particularly Adi. She went out of her way to ask how I was doing, and we had some lovely conversations. If I come back to London, I’ll probably return here.

This hostel was everything my husband and I needed it to be; a cheap, clean, nice place to stay in London. There’s even a bus stop right outside the building, so using public transportation was also easy and saved us a lot of money.

Room was in good condition. Private bathroom was very small and could have been cleaner. Lockers were expensive to rent considering that you could only place items in them one time (if you wanted to put more stuff in it would cost you an additional £5). It was an okay stay. Great price for the location and being in London. The room was terribly small and the soundproofing was dreadful. We shared a floor with a group of students from France, and they spent multiple hours running around and shouting. We sent a complaint to reception, but nothing was really done.
