The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the young man at the reception desk that was extremely helpful and nice otherwise there’s nothing good to say about this place. The housekeeping was a joke as they would only remove your used towels and replace it with clean ones. The room was extremely dirty, no toilet paper, no clean sheets and for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it at all. The bed was extremely hard. It felt like we were staying in a hostel. Was under the impression at the time of booking that breakfast was provided and was not. The key for the door was very difficult to use. The room was so hot we had to leave the windows open which let in the light and felt slightly unsafe and made sound travel. Could hear the shower running in the next room. It was a quick walk to the underground through an area that was slightly dodgy. We could get to any of the attractions in about 30 minutes. The upscale Westfield shopping centre was right across the street. The people at the front desk were kind and polite. This place is awful. There’s no air conditioning, and the windows don’t even open so I can air it out. The ceilings are terrible short - a tall guy such as myself cannot even stand up straight. No hot water in the shower, the bathroom stinks like there’s a sewage backup, and there’s a storage in the room with a broken door displaying bags of the hotels belongings crammed in here. It’s a top floor room with no lift and it’s terribly hot. I could add more but that should give you an image.
