We arrived early and they were able to get our room ready within an hour. That was really helpful. The hotel is close to the tube and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are on the small side but I would stay again.

Hotel itself was great, staff very friendly and professional. The sharing charcuterie board was a plateful of meats with cheese and only 4 crackers no breads. Disappointing. Didn’t have breakfast.

If you are a senior citizens, really important to let them know and check in some of the rooms have the older fashion type bathtubs are very hard for seniors to get in, but they will move to a shower only situation and even there you need to ask for towels because it’s a bit slippery other than that. The combination is very nice And we enjoyed our stay. In US dollars the breakfast is a bit expensive but enjoying it once or twice while you’re there, you’ll really like it.

We found the staff very helpful and professional. Our room though was very tired. The carpet was very stained and the bathroom had heavy mould over the silicone. Also, there was trouble with the lifts. Our floor was on the fifth floor and there was a sign in the lift saying it couldn't stop there, so we took another lift that got stuck at floor 4 and just kept opening and shutting! We found the stairs, so wasn't a problem but if we were disabled or had a pram it might of been.

Great location within a short walk of underground District and Piccadilly lines and many busses. There are several restaurants, pubs, and shopping options also available in Hammersmith. The staff at check in and at the restaurant for breakfast and the bar were all friendly and accommodating. The room was mostly very clean with the exception of some stains on the sofa bed. Breakfast was overall very good with plenty of options for everyone - even oatmilk and vegan butter. At times it was very busy and we had to wait for a table, but the staff worked had to turn over the tables quickly.

Great location when visiting London. Very close proximity to the Underground and transportation. Lots of amenities available within walking distance. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. There was always someone available at the front desk at all times.
