This place is consistently good; I keep coming back because it is so dependable. The staff are welcoming and friendly; the bed is always extremely comfortable and the linen brightly white. Towels are big, thick and fluffy; the shower is always easily regulated and quite spacious enough. All of this in an affordable place at the heart of Soho, from where most things I need are walkable. The lively atmosphere there is a bonus, too.

This small hotel is perfect for the traveler that wants to feel like they live in London during their stay. Charming and beautiful, with thoughtful attention paid to creature comforts (great bedding, nice mattress and pillows, Milton Brown soaps, ceramic mugs instead of disposable, etc). Located in amongst the maze of small streets in Soho, Mimi's will make you feel like a local as you get out on foot to explore everything this lively modern/old city has to offer. My room was quite compact (I believe it was called the Design Double), but well appointed, very intentionally designed, and just perfect for me for my solo stay. Bonus points for excellent sound proofing from noise of both hallway and street. I did have a window-- which I think is probably essential for any guest's comfort in a room with very limited floor space. I travel light, with one European-scale carry-on bag. With no wardrobe, my particular room would have been difficult for anyone with a lot of luggage. The staff here were very professional, welcoming me immediately on arrival and quickly seeing to any request during my stay. Highly recommend, and already looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and kind, especially when I had a small issue with a bag, which turned out to be entirely my own fault. The room was very small, so you do need to be prepared for that, but it was extremely comfortable and ideal for a short stay. The air conditioning was exceptional, which made a huge difference, and despite being right in the centre of Soho, the room was wonderfully quiet at night. The bar was also very reasonably priced for tea and coffee, and they made a fantastic espresso. I have no complaints at all. It is a great choice if you want somewhere central, comfortable, quiet and easy. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was nice, and well located. Staff upon check in were very pleasant. The room was the only disappointing bit. It was tiny, the lights didn’t work in the bathroom and there was only one paper thin pillow on the bed.
