Great location. Convenient close to the subway the bus and walking distance to Victoria train. Tons of restaurants and food nearby. Very small cramped rooms however when traveling it’s acceptable
The hotel is below average; the shower was very dirty, so be sure to pack shower shoes, and the rooms are super small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 20-minute bus ride from Big Ben on the 24 bus.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was amazing. It was close to Victoria Station and there was a #24 bus stop right outside the door. The elevator was a blessing. The only concern was that the temperature in the room was very warm (bordering on hot) and we had to keep the fan on at all times. I would stay at this hotel again.
Coffee, tea and a biscuit with a hotpot in our room! Beds were very comfortable. Towels are big and fluffy. Front desk friendly and helpful. An added bonus is a lift!
Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful. Lots of places close by to eat at. Tesco for grocery items less then 10 minutes away. Victoria station is about 10 minutes away.
Amazing staff. Shout out to Kim, she was incredibly helpful. Location was very good and central to walk and catch the train at Victoria. Room was small, but to be expected for the location. Would recommend.
Wish we’d caught everyone’s names. Kim was the last person we spoke to and she was lovely, but the whole team were like that for the full two days.
Two room issues. Broken telly, room power cut. Sorted both times without any fuss.
Rooms were fine. Clean, comfortable, did the job. The people though. That’s why we’ll be back.
We had a basement room at the front of the hotel. We stayed during a heatwave and were very grateful for the provided fan. Would have loved to be able to open the window more - only one small one at the top could be tipped open.
The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A double bed and two twin beds were provided.
The neighborhood was very quiet - hard to believe we were in such a big city. Short walk to the Victoria tube station which would have felt shorter if not for the extreme heat. Two stops to Trafalgar Square. Delicious pain au chocolates at the bakery around the corner! Recommend if you’re looking for a basic, affordable hotel near the London sights.
