Good value for money

Clean and tidy, great place if you’re going to Wembley. Worth the money and free parking. We had 4 single comfy beds. Only thing missing was a bin in the room. Other than that would highly recommend m!

Travelled as a family, was met on arrival to hotel, staff very friendly, gave the kids free lollipops& showed us to our room. Room was clean and comfy, just what we needed, shared bathrooms but didnt bother us as we didnt bump into anyone. Microwave, kettle& some cutlery in the room. Basic but for the price really good especially as its close to tube station. Area is a bit rough, rubbish etc everywhere but hotel itself was clean& tidy.

Inaccurate listing on Hotels.com

The room itself was very special and reasonably comfortable. However, it was shared bathroom when the listing suggested the room had a private bathroom. The manager kindly put other guests on another floor to allow us exclusive use of the ground floor bathrooms but it made it a less comfortable stay, especially for teenage girls who felt a little vulnerable.

I called the property on the day as i realised i hadnt checked mobility. Honestly the owner could not have been more helpful. Is the hotel dated yes but it is clean and felt safe and secure. The owner and staff were super freindly, super helpful and i would definitely stay again.

Not a good experience at all. Broken bed springs, shared bathrooms, cracked sinks which had no plugs, only sockets behind bunk beds, Shower room had hole in floor under the floor covering, shower tray clean but stained. No human interaction- more of a low grade hostel than hotel….
