The hotel provided everything needed of a budget hotel, the room was clean and mantained often, staff were helpful and ammenities were up to par, if your purpose is to stay in an safe and central arrangement for cheap, the hotel accomplishes that goal, set your expectations realistically before booking.

Great location, friendly staff and an amazing place for the price. I definitely recommend!
The room was clean and adequate but snug. A mini fridge would significantly improve the space as it would allow for cold drinks or storage of food allergy products.
The staff who greeted us upon arrival was quite rude and ignored us to play on her phone. Despite notifying the property that we were arriving the morning after our planned check in they said we had cancelled and didn't have a room and took awhile to sort it out. The evening staff was a huge improvement and got us a fan that was sorely needed. The location was convenient but we likely would not book this again simply because of lack of amenities and small space.
Nice clean large room. In love with location surroundings are beautiful breathtaking. Be ready to climb stairs you are in Europe.

The location was fantastic , walking distance to lots of great spots including Buckingham Palace, Green Park, underground stations and many places to eat. The bathroom was tiny and we had a problem with the shower not draining which unfortunately was not fixed. It was very hot and no air conditioning… granted we were there during a heat wave and I’m sure many experienced the same thing. As a place to just rest your head it was great for the price .
Honestly rooms were not that clean, the bathroom was quite dirty and there was even soap residue from past guests. Some staff tired to help but nothing was ever done after telling them the issues. We were there for 3 nights and our room didn’t get cleaned once, definitely saw a couple of the other rooms get cleaned but not ours. The location is good and close enough to the tube.
Had a fridge and microwave. No hot water from bathroom sink, the hot water from shower came from using the cold setting. Otherwise a good bathroom. 10.30am checkout. The place was clean. The location is great, close to Victoria station and 5 minutes walk to a Sainsbury's.
Clean and reasonably comfortable, the windows need some attention, was quite a draft through the one window as it was in poor state. Close to Victoria station which was handy and in terms of value for money it was good.
The room was filthy (old food on table, stains on curtains) and the walls and ceiling were paper thin. I didn’t get more than a couple of hours of sleep each night. The staff and location were great.

Pretty clean, staff was really friendly. Never had to wait for the shared bathroom. Location excellent. Room was just very cold.
Overall good for a solo traveller, who’s just looking for a place to sleep.

For the price, I guess it was ok, the bathroom was so small like super tiny, and the lock on the door did not work, the bed was comfortable and the room had a mini fridge which was a plus, the location was really good.
We loved the area of the hotel, and we liked leaning out of our open window to take in the sights & sounds. Close to Victoria train station, steps from Eccleston Yards, lots of stores & cafés nearby but still relatively quiet.
We had enough beds for 4 adults and a private bathroom but it was hardly big enough to stand in. The shower didn't drain properly and the staff said they would call someone to come look but nothing was fixed in the few days we were there. The hotel is a bit run down and the room was very hot but there was a fan.
Staff were friendly and we were able to store our luggage when we arrived before check-in, which we greatly appreciated.

Super convenient location. Everything nearby, safe and quiet road. Staff were friendly. Property itself is bit old, but cleanliness was fine.
Only drainage at bathroom was terrible, water didn't go down and almost flood, even I didn't run many water. Water pressure was low.

You get what you pay for i was well happy with everything, and the location is great to get about the city and sightseeing
I had a really lovely stay😃 The room was clean, tidy and everything we needed was provided. The location is one of the biggest advantages because it’s quiet, safe and still very convenient for central london which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What really stands out is the price for the area. Considering how central the location is… it offers excellent value 😍compared to many other options nearby
Great location But Poor quality hotel. Ceiling Light didn’t work, Microwave smokes, mold in bathroom, shower drains very slow, VERY SMALL space, bathroom very small, only cold water, internet very spotty, Beds were horrible, pay a little more, for better quality! Staff was nice and they did replace the microwave.
The room was clean and satisfactory. It was ample size for a single person with a bedside table and hangers for clothes. Decent for short stay if only looking for bed. Sink in room too.
